NURSE PRACTITIONERS:
What Is A Nurse Practitioner?
A Nurse Practitioner is a Registered Professional Nurse who through
advanced formal education is able to provide a wide range of health care
services to patients.
Nurse Practitioners are skilled in physical examination and the treatment
and management of many common health problems, both acute and
chronic.
Nurse Practitioners teach about both health and illness and believe in
involving you in your own health care.
